So after much delay here are pages 1-6 complete and a rough if 7 (for show)

(This page is really rough it still needs to be resized and everything so think of it as a small preview of what's to come.)

I'm OKAY with how the first six pages turned out, I would have liked to do better but I'm learning as I go.

Now I'm off to go sew for AX ^.^

So I was really hoping to make it to the tokyopop portfolio review(in june) with great pages... then i realized that what I have really isn't all that great AND that there are some perspectives and poses I have a really hard time with (or can't draw). AND that my panels are always from the same angle and perspective... SOOO.. I'm taking the rest of June to practice these things like a madman. Maybe I'll even have something I'm proud of to show in July. I a fairly fast learner when I want to be...
. Page one has no text but it's toned, page two has text..

I don't like toning...

Ayami

Wow, I'm sorry I didn't post when I said I would but I didn't have photoshop, now I do. I was still reluctant to post these because they're only the roughs. I'm hoping that my proportions are at least close to correct and that the perspective and back ground is okay. Anyway..

Oh, if your wondering why the page lay out isn't standard (bleed room, cut off, etc. That's because it's on 8.5 by 11 and I only did space for bleed)

Right, page 3.

Page 4, if his hands look a little weird in that first panel I will be fixing them.

page 5, is her head to big? I have a problem with making the head to big sometimes. And I just realize that I forgot to erase the top of her head in that panel, sorry sorry.

page 7, or at least it will be. This page is really rough, but I thought I'd show what I have so far. It's going to be an airport with more chairs and people, lots of people. Page six is going to be mostly text so I didn't post it.

If you're woundering what's going on in these four pages I'll post pages 1-8 when they're finished and it should make way more sense.

aya

WELL, I'M BACK! It's been almost a year since I deleted all my old entries with the intent of turning this strictly into an art/manga related journal. But, alas, it took me a year to get anything done (for I was unmotivated and lazy). But all that has come to an end! I know your happy, I know you want to celebrate.

Anyway, I have penciled pages 2-4 of Dead Man's Party (having trouble with page five, though). I should have the penciled pages post on this very journal later today or tomorrow.

Aya

Oh, this means I should probably get me some user pics again... mmm
